As we are generally booked in advance, it is advisable to make your reservations as early as possible. A 1-3 night stay requires a 1 night deposit. Four or more nights requires a 50% deposit. Reservations will be held for one week pending receipt of deposit. Payment my be paid by personal check or credit card.
* Cancellations require a 7 day notice prior to date of arrival for a refund. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to your arrival date will not be refunded unless we can re-book your room.
* All cancelled reservations during the months of April, May & October are subject to a cancellation fee.
* Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. If you are not able to arrive by 6:00 p.m., please call for special instructions. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
* Two Night Minimum- On weekends and holidays there is a two-night minimum stay. We make exceptions, however, depending on availability.
* Smoking - No smoking in the Main House or the Carriage House. Smoking is allowed in designated areas outside only.
* Children are welcome with prior notice.
* Pets - Ask about our Pet Policy. Pets are allowed in the Carriage House only with prior reservation.
